Subterraneans

from Subterraneans by Drekka

/

about

Around 2001, I recorded a very abstract interpretation of David Bowie's 'Subterraneans' off his 'Low' album . I would return to it occasionally as a sound source for live performances . The Waldron Firebay has an amazing natural reverb and an amazing piano, and it seemed perfect for a deep underground piano version

My friend David runs RC Legacy, as well as performing as Bronze Float and sometimes bassist for Vollmar, and he released this as a handsomely packaged 3"CDR in an edition of 100 copies
